You can also work around this issue by changing your default word processor to the ACT! Word Processor. If you have any customized templates you must recreate them. Use the following steps to change your default word processor in ACT!:
- Launch ACT!
- Click the Tools menu, and then click Preferences. The
dialog box appears.
- Under the Communication tab click the Word Processor drop-down, and then click ACT! Word Processor option.
- Click Apply, and OK to save your changes and return to ACT!.
