This can be caused when the installation media extracted has been moved from C:\ or extracted to an alternative location.
Extract the installation media again to the default location by following the steps below:
- Locate the original file .exe file downloaded
- Double-click the file and the extraction process will begin immediately
- Once the extraction is complete browse to C:\ to confirm the media has been extracted
- Open the folder and click Setup.exe
- Follow the wizard to complete the Act! installation
