Product Details:
Product Family: Act!
Product: Act! Pro, Act! Premium
Version: 2005 and later
Answer:
You can check for any recent backup files. These are zip files containing a back up of your database. A backup can be taken manually within the Act! software or scheduled to run automatically using the Act! Scheduler.
By default the backup files are stored in the following location: C:\Users\[Windows Username]\Documents\ACT\ACT Data\Backup. However, this location can be amended when taking a backup. Swiftpage does not hold any backups of your database unless you are using Act! Premium Cloud.
