Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Standard user and remove the "Delete Records" permission, or Create a Restricted User
- Login to Act! Premium (access via web) as the user you just created
- Navigate to the Secondary Contact tab for a contact, and try to click New Secondary Contact
New Secondary Contact is grayed out and nothing happens when you click it, resulting in the inability to create a Secondary Contact.
To work around this issue for a Standard user, you can give the Standard user permissions to Delete Records.
To work around this issue for a Restricted user, you can change the Restricted user to a Standard user with permissions to Delete Records.
