How do I use the Act! Migration Wizard?
When using the Act! Migration Wizard, you will be prompted to provide connection details in order to access your Pipedrive database. This article advises exactly what connection information is required, and how to access this information in Pipedrive.
Connection Information Required:
- Domain - After logging into Pipedrive, this is the first portion of the URL that displays in your browser's address bar. Do not include the prefix http:// or https://. It should look something like my-company.pipedrive.com. You can also find this after logging in by going to (Your Name) -> Settings -> (Other) Companies. You will see a company name listed there (e.g.: my-company) listed there - add .pipedrive.com to the end. This is your Domain (e.g.: my-company.pipedrive.com).
- API Token - After logging into Pipedrive, go to (Your Name) -> Settings -> (Other) API. You will see Your personal API token listed there. If you don't have one, click Generate new token. It will look like a random hex string (e.g.: 3771f455d664e02cd56417320042ba3b2ecce340)..
