Calendar shows activities for all users
Proximity Search allows you to see contact records within your current local area, or an area of your choosing. Choose your own radius to perform a condensed search or a wider area search. Show directions to reach contacts within your specified proximity. Note: Requires Act! v21.1 and above.
View and create database groups from within the app. Add contacts, associate Opportunities, Histories and add Documents.
New Activity & History Filters
New Filters introduced for Activities and Histories. The filters available are Date Range, Activity Type, Users, Contact, Private or Public. Individual or multiple Activities can be selected from the dropdown list.
SMS Messaging from a Contact Record
In the Details view of a Contact record you now have the ability to send an SMS message by tapping Send Text.
View documents attached to a Contact, Opportunity or Company record, including .pdf, .doc and .csv files. Attach your own photos to a Contact, Opportunity or Company record. Delete documents from a Contact, Opportunity or Company record.
User Configuration Settings
The User Configuration Settings allows you to re-order and configure the Navigation Menu Order, and also allows you to change the Initial View.
Business Card Reader
When creating a new Contact record, you now have the option to scan a business card, automatically pulling data into the new record.
There is a new navigation menu, with additional options. Now with Global Search. Search across Contacts, Companies, Opportunities etc.
Enhanced Lookups and filters on Contact and Company list views.
Companies now appear in their own section, in a list. Companies can be searched for, expanded to show details and related items, edited and created.
Calendar now appears as part of the Activities section. Choose to show Activities, Histories or both. Calendar can display daily, monthly or yearly view.
History can now be accessed in its own view using the Global menu, and it extends beyond 24 hours.
Activities have now been expanded beyond 24 hours.
Notifications have been given context, Opportunities generate notifications, and within the Companion Settings menu you can now control notifications directly in the app.
Contact Details View
Within the Details view for your Contacts you can now see associated History, Activities and Opportunities, as well as create new entries.
Database Opportunities now available in Act! Companion. View and Filter, Edit, Delete and Create Opportunities, all on-the-go!
