Symptom: Synchronization of contacts, calendars & email histories fails between Act! and Gmail
Product Details:
- Product Family: Act! Growth Suite
- Product: Act!, Act! access via Web, Act! in the cloud
Cause:
We have recently been informed by Google that as of December 31, 2019 they will no longer support the current version of the Gmail integration functionality for Act! users.
As a result, all Act! users with this integration will no longer be able to sync contacts and calendars, or record histories to their Act! database. Customers on supported versions of Act! will receive a software update that addresses this issue in the coming weeks.
