Symptom: Error: "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app" when attempting to request a new OAuth token Google Integration in Act!

We are aware of an issue affecting a limited number of Act! users for which errors are generated when authenticating the Google Integration. These errors stem from security changes implemented by Google and only affect users who have not yet configured their Google sync. Existing Oauth keys and sync capabilities are unhindered.
This error appears as per the below screenshot:
In this instance you will need to install the latest update for your version of Act! in order to continue using Google integration. If you are on an unsupported version of Act!, you will need to upgrade - see the obsolescence policy here - www.act.com/obs
