Symptom: Error: "Unable to display the Act! Premium (Web) Page. This page will remain visible but it is not available" when try to configure add-in in Outlook

Although it is possible to configure Outlook 64 bit to integrate with Act! for Web or Act! in the Cloud by installing the Outlook Integration for Act! Premium (access via web), it is not possible to amend the preferences of the add-in within Outlook.
Opening the Add-in options in Outlook 64 bit (File->Options->Add-ins), selecting the APFW add-in and clicking "add-in options" will result in the error message:
"Unable to display the Act! Premium (Web) Page. This page will remain visible but it is not available"
"There are no add-in property pages to display."
[Note, the second message will also appear if the APFW Add-in not installed at all].
This is currently under review (GS-1192).
The integration will work successfully and record email histories using the default settings (subject and message body).
If the email history recording default settings are not suitable then a 32-bit version of Outlook will be needed to customise the settings. Please note if Outlook is reinstalled then the Outlook Integration will need to be reinstalled as well.
