Act! in the Cloud contact detail view displays a blank window. This issue can also affect Groups and Companies detail view.

Following the upgrade to v22.1 on Cloud a number of customers are reporting that, although they can see their contacts, companies etc. in list view, when they click onto a record and open it in detail view it is appearing blank.
This is specific to users accessing Cloud through Chrome and can be resolved by clearing the browsers’ Cached images and files.
In Chrome click on the three dots in the top right to bring up the menu, then select settings, then ‘Clear browsing data’ then tick ‘Cached images and files’ and click ‘Clear data’.
