Question: How do I create custom KPIs when in the Opportunity List View?

As of Act! v21, the Opportunities List View has been largely redesigned. It now incorporates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that run along the top of the List View:

The following KPIs come as standard with Act! v21:
KPIs ARE affected by the filters that have been applied to the Opportunity List View (i.e. if you are only looking at Open Opportunities in your list then the Closed-Won and Closed-Lost) KPIs will both have a value of 0.00 since there are none of these in your list).
The filters are now available on the right side of the List View:

KPIs can be customized to include information from your custom fields in your Opportunities. The field types that can be used to create KPIs are:
Note: If you create any new Opportunity fields and would like to use them in a custom KPI, a PC restart will be required after creating them.
To create a custom KPI, click the cog icon in the top right corner of the KPI view:

From here, in the Add Custom KPI section add a name for your KPI, choose a field to use, and an Operation:

The Label is the name of your KPI.
The Field dropdown will show a list of all the Currency, Decimal, and Number fields in your Opportunities section.
There are two Operations available, Average and Sum which will either give you the average value of the field selected, or the sum total of the field selected depening on the Filters chosen.
Click the Add button to add the KPI to your list:

Click the new KPI to highlight it. The Arrow icons in the middle of the window allow you to move the highlighted KPI to the Selected list, or remove any KPIs you do not wish to view.
Once moved to the Selected list you can use the Arrow icons to the right of the list to change the order that your KPIs will display in.
The X icon will allow you to delete the highlighted KPI. Please note you will only be able to delete Custom KPIs that you have created, not the default KPIs that come with the program.
Once you have decided on the KPIs that you wish to display, click the Save button:

Your selected KPIs will now display at the top of the Opportunity List View:

Remember that changing the Filters on the right will affect the information displayed in your KPIs.
