You are editing records in your ACT! database. You click the browse button at a Phone field and then click the Edit Formats button. You discover that some records in your database have 5 choices available when formatting a phone field, others may only have Free Form. The phone format also may not be retaining the selection you changed it to.

The phone format that is displayed is dependent upon the Country field for that contact.
