What is field level security in Act!?
To edit field level security:
- In Act!, click Tools > Define Fields
- In the Create, edit, or delete fields screen, choose the desired field type from the drop-down
- Choose the desired field from the list of fields below the drop-down, then click Field Security from under the Field Tasks section
- Depending on which permissions you want to change, refer to the appropriate section below
