This is a known issue.
To work around this issue; you can remove the html formatting from the text of the webpage or e-mail and insert (rather than paste) the graphics from the webpage.
One way to remove the html formatting after copying the text, is to paste it into the Microsoft Notepad program. You can then copy/paste the text from Notepad, into your ACT! template.
To insert the graphical images from a web page or e-mail, you must first save the image as a .BMP, .JPG (or .JPEG), .GIF, .TIF, .WMF or .PNG file. After saving the image, you can click the Insert menu, in the template editor, to insert the image.
