The cause of this error is a user name in the database exceeding 20 characters. Please use the following steps to correct this issue.
- Launch ACT.
- Click Tools and select Manage Users. The following Manage Users - Select a User dialog
box will appear:
- Locate the user with a user name exceeding 20 characters, click on that user and select Edit
User Information. The following Manage User - Edit User Information dialog box will appear.
- Change the User Name to less than 20 characters and click Finish.
