The Act! installation hangs at finalizing installation.

This can be caused by the ActOutlookutil.exe process getting stuck.
To end the process for the ActOutlookutil.exe process in Microsoft® Windows® Task Manager:
- On your keyboard, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC simultaneously.
- Click On the Processes tab
- Locate ActOutlookutil.exe in the list and click on it. On a 64-bit machine, this process would have *32 after it.
- Click the End Process button
- The installation should now be able to finish
