When opening database customer receives following message before database opens:
"You are not in compliance with Act! licensing agreement."
Product Family: Act!
Product: Act! Pro, Act! Premium
This is caused when there are more active users than available licenses.
- Click Tools
- Select Manage Users
- Double click users that do not need to be active
- Select Specify Access
- Change Logon Access to Inactive
- Click Finish
- Close and reopen Act! to verify
