When trying to install Act! you receive the error:
"Can not be saved on a compressed folder please choose another folder"

The drive on which Act! is being installed has been compressed. The drive will need to be decompressed before Act! can be installed on it.

Note: Decompressing a drive can take a long time depending on the space available and how much content is on the drive. Also note that Windows® may not be able to decompress files currently in use.
- Close Act! installation
- Double-click Computer, right-click on drive, select Properties
- On General tab, uncheck option Compress this drive to save disk space
- Click Apply to begin the decompression process
- After decompression, attempt to install Act!
