Premium (access via web) database is updated with a service pack or upgraded to a new release of Act!, it will be necessary to repeat these steps in order to upgrade the Microsoft Word integration to the matching version for your database and continue to use the Mail Merge feature.

- Launch Internet Explorer or Google Chrome (v21.1 and above for Chrome), then browse to and login to your Act! Premium (access via web) database
- Click Tools > Preferences
- Click Word Processor
- Choose Microsoft Word from the drop-down, then click Download
- When whether to Run or Save the file, choose Run
- Follow any on screen prompts or instructions to complete the installation
