This error will occur if you continue to click and try to interact with the program while the import is taking place.
- Click Close the program
- In Act!, click Accounting > Settings
- Under the Import Sage Data section, click Update Sage Data to continue the import where it left off
- Once completed, click Yes on the prompt to close Act! for the changes to take effect
- Reopen Act! and verify that you see the following tabs added to the Contacts and Companies sections of the Layout (depending on the options you have selected in the Field Settings window):
- Sage Account
- Sage Invoices
- Sage Sales Orders
Note: The Sage Sales Orders tab will not be available if Act! Link for Accounting is being used with Sage Instant Accounts
