How do I create a lookup of contacts by Access level in Act!?
Product Family: Act!
Product: Act! Premium
Version: 2006 and later
- Click Lookup > Advanced > Contact by Access
- Ensure the Contacts option is chosen from the Search for: drop-down
- Under That are:, choose one of the following options:
- Limited Access
- <Any Access>
- If applicable, under Accessible to, choose either User or Team, and select an applicable User or Team
- If applicable, select a specific Record Manager whose contacts you wish to look up
- Click OK
Note: The lookup will only return contacts which your login also has permission to see.
