Product: Act! Pro, Act! Premium
OS: Microsoft Windows 7
Cause: This can be due to Act! running in Compatibility mode.
Follow the steps below to check Compatibility mode:
- Ensure Act! is closed
- Right click the Act! icon on your Desktop and select Properties
- Click the Compatibility tab
- Ensure the Compatibility mode is set to Windows 7
- Click Apply, then OK
- Launch Act! to test
