ACT! allows you to export your Opportunity List to an Excel spreadsheet at the touch of a button.
Note: The feature to display the Pivot Chart is not available in ACT! by Sage Premium for Web.
Your current opportunity lookup will be exported with the fields that are currently displayed in the opportunity list. To export the opportunity list to an Excel spreadsheet and create a Pivot Chart and Pivot Table, go to the Opportunity List, click the Tools menu, and then click Export to Excel; or click the Export to Excel button on the toolbar.
Microsoft Excel will automatically appear with 3 sheets available in the spreadsheet:
- Opportunities - displays the Opportunity List in Excel format.
- Opportunity Pivot Chart - displays a chart based on the Opportunities exported.
- Opportunity Pivot - an opportunity pivot table based on the Opportunities exported
The Pivot Chart and Pivot Table can be modified in Excel to display different opportunity information.
