You are attempting to restore a backup of an ACT! database when you receive the following error message: "System.null reference exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at c1.c1zip.c1zipfile.open (string file name) at act.ui.databasemaintenancedialogs.restoredialog.validatepassword ()"
This error can result if you are using ACT! 2005 (or later) to restore a backup file created in a previous version of ACT!.
