This is a known issue.
This error will result if you manage your activities so that only one activity priority is enabled. A minimum of three activity priorities must be enabled in the Manage Priorities dialog box.
You can work around this issue by limiting activity priorities to one item on the Task List, Calendar view(s) or the Activities tab of a contact record.
Follow the steps below:
- Click the Schedule menu, point to Manage, and then click Priorities. The Manage Priorities dialog box appears:
- Enable at least two additional priorities so that a minimum of three priorities are Active, and then click OK.
- From the Task List view, a Calendar view or the Activities tab of a contact record, click the drop-down arrow at the Priorities filter. The list of basic activity priorities appears:
- Enable the one desired priority, and then click elsewhere to close this list. The specified priorities in these views are designed to persist upon closing and reopening your database.
