Please refer to the following for steps to change Record Manager for the desired record type:
Company
- On the Company Detail view, click the Company Access tab.
- From the Record Manager list, select a user.
- On the Contact Detail view, click the Contact Access tab.
- From the Record Manager list, select a user.
- On the Group Detail view, click the Group Access tab.
- From the Record Manager list, select a user.
- Click the Notes or History tab.
- Double-click the note or history item to open it.
- From the Record Manager list, select a user. Click OK.
- On the Opportunity Detail view, click the Opportunity Access tab.
- From the Record Manager list, select a user. Click OK.
