Option 1: Act! access via web is already installed on your server
Follow the steps below to access instructions on configuring your Act! access via web database if you have already installed it to your server:
- Login to your Act! database
- Click Help > Online Manuals
- Select Web Administrator's Guide
Note: If you do not see an option for Web Administrator's Guide under the Online Manuals, you have Act! installed instead of Act! access via web. It will be necessary for you to uninstall Act! and download and install Act! access via web in order to configure your database to be accessible through a web browser. Act! users can download this, at no additional cost, from the download link originally sent to them at the time of purchase, or by contacting us at 866-873-2006.
