Contact Timeline works with Act! v16.1 and higher.
Currently Contact Timeline is available on Windows platform only.

Download and run the executable file. Then, open Act!, click on Contacts, and get started!
Contact Timeline gives you a visual presentation of all your interactions with a specific contact, on an interactive timeline. See calls, notes and history in a glance!
Open Act! and click on Contacts. A new tab, labeled Timeline, will now be included among your other tabs.
Simply click the calendar dropdowns to choose start and end dates to view. The limit is 2 weeks backward and forward.
Yes. Check the box labeled Show Icon Only to toggle the description on the timeline.
Yes. Simply click on the item in the timeline you would like to edit.
To add interactions to the timeline, use the same scheduling or add tools you normally would and they will show up on the timeline.
Yes. To see a particular interaction type, such as Opportunities, History, or Activities, simply choose the interactions you would like to see on the Types dropdown.
Yes. As long as you had an active Business Care subscription on the release date of the Feature Pack.
