Cause: This may be caused by someone editing fields/the layout in your Act! database, or if the database was previously locked without being unlocked
Users modifying fields
- Check with other users to see if they are modifying the fields
- When they are done, attempt to log in to test
Database is locked
If nobody is currently editing the database fields\layout:
