Question: I want to replace a user in my database, how should I do this?

If there's a user that you wish to replace, for example if a user left your company, and you would like to use their license on a different user, it is recommended that you set the old user to inactive and create a new user. This will allow you to retain the history records for the user who will no longer be using the database while freeing up access to a license for a new user. To do this:

Note: Once you have made the existing user inactive there will be a free space to create a new user.
- Create a new user by following the steps in the article above in the section entitled Creating a User
- Go to Tools > Manage Users and confirm your list of users is as expected.
