Symptom: When I attempt to test the Web Server tab in the Web Site Administration tool, I receive the Error: “Act! was unable to test your web server due to the following error: The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader”

This can occur if your database is configured on the default website using Port 80, but Skype advanced settings are also using port 80.

- In Skype, click Tools > Options…
- Click Advanced, then click Connection
- Uncheck “Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections”
- Click Save
- Test the connection in the Web Server tab again
