OS: Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Server 2012
There is currently no known cause and it has been identified as an issue specifically in Windows 10 and Server 2012.
There is no known solution however follow the steps below to workaround the issue:
- Add an image to the Photo field
- When prompted click outwith the dialogue window
- The prompt will close and you can continue to work as normal
