Creating an Advanced Query
- Click Lookup > Custom Tables > choose the table you wish to create an Advanced Query for
- On the right-hand side of the Query Editor, click Add
- Choose the desired Field Name, Operator, and Value, then click OK
- If additional field conditions are necessary, repeat steps 2 and 3 as needed
- If you need to make changes, re-order, or remove conditions, use the following options:
- Edit an existing condition: select the condition, click Edit, make the desired changes, then click OK
- Reposition existing conditions: select the condition, then click the Move Up or Move down button, depending on which direction you wish to move it
- Remove an existing condition: Select the condition, click Remove
- Remove all conditions: Click the Remove All button to clear out the entire query and start from scratch
- Once conditions have been entered, you can use the parentheses columns and the “And Or” column to further define the relationships condition to each other.

- Once you’ve finished defining your query, click Preview to make sure it’s pulling the expected data
- When you’re done, click Save
- In the Save As window, name the file, then click Save
- Click Close to close the Query Editor

Editing an Advanced Query
- Click Lookup > Custom Tables, then choose the table you wish to edit an Advanced Query for
- Click the open folder icon to open the file browse window, select the query you wish to edit, then click Open
- Once open, edit using the same methods you would use during the creation of an Advanced query
- When you’re done making changes, the save icon, give it a new name or save over the original
