Product Details:

Answer:
Locating specific custom table records differs slightly from locating specific records in the Contacts, Groups, Companies, or Opportunities. There are two ways to locate records in custom tables: Advanced Queries (desktop version only) and Quick Filters.

Advanced Query (desktop version only)
Note: Due to the nature of custom tables, there are no pre-defined lookup options. You must create and save your own Advanced Queries for each table you wish to query before you can query the custom table. Quick Filter
The Quick Filter option allows you to narrow down the list by using keywords that match data that exists in visible columns in the list of records for a particular custom table. This can be done by filtering based on all data in all columns, or by filtering based on individual columns.
