Question: How to stop Act! creating activities when accepting an Outlook invitation?

This setting is part of the e-mail system setup within the Preferences. Please follow the following steps to adjust the setting:
- Click on Tools and Preferences
- Choose the tab E-Mail & Outlook Sync and select E-Mail System Setup
- Click on Next until you have reached Activity invitation step
- In the option for "You can create an Act! activity when you accept a meeting invitation in Outlook." choose None
