Note: You can only change the look and feel of the PDF and YouTube Asset item types. The look and feel of a Web asset is determined by the website that the asset URL directs to.

Note: You can only change the look and feel of the PDF and YouTube Asset item types. The look and feel of a Web asset is determined by the website that the asset URL directs to.
- From the Act! Marketing Automation page, click Assets in the left-hand navigation bar
- In the Assets Campaigns list, click Actions under the Asset Campaign you wish to add new Asset items to, then click Edit
- For the Asset page you want to change, click Properties > Set Properties
- Click Look & Feel
- Make changes as desired, then click Save
Available Look & Feel Options
- Title: This is the page title that appears in the web browser tab when someone views the asset. By default, this displays the URL that the asset is viewed from. It is recommended that you customize this to something more user-friendly. The character limit is 100
- Show Header/Header Text: If enabled, allows you to specify text that will appear at the top of the screen. The character limit is 100
- Background Header: Allows you to set a background color that will be behind the header.
- Header Text: If “Show Header” is enabled, this allows you to set the header text color
- Background Navbar (PDF assets only): allows you to set background color for the PDF viewer navigation bar
- NavBar Text (PDF assets only): Allows you to set the text color for the page counter on the PDF viewer navigation bar
- Background Body: Allows you to set the background color for the area of the page that isn’t displaying either the YouTube video, or the PDF, and isn’t the Header or Navbar
- YouTube Width (YouTube assets only): Allows you to set the width, in pixels, of the YouTube asset
- Youtube Length (YouTube assets only): Allows you to set the height, in pixels, of the YouTube Asset
