In order to send Act! Marketing Automation email campaigns from your own domain, a DKIM record must be created for you by Swiftpage (see the Related Information section at the bottom of this article for more information).
There are two methods in doing this depending on whether you have already purchased Act! Marketing Automation or not. We will cover both in the sections below.

At the point of purchase you will have had the opportunity to set up a DKIM record for your domain. It may be the case though that you need to change
this, perhaps if your business has changed its name or merged with another and your domain is no longer the same.
To make this change, you MUST get in touch directly with the support team for your region. The technical support teams can then escalate your request to have your domain changed. You can get in touch with the support team by using the options listed here https://www.act.com/contact-us (US) or here https://www.act.com/en-uk/contact-us (UK).
The support team will request that you send an email directly to them from the domain you wish to change to. This will indicate to us that you do have permission to send from that domain, and are therefore able to use it with Act! Marketing Automation.
NOTE: Please do NOT send this email without contacting the support team first. They need to validate your request before proceeding with this step.
Once the support team have asked for you to send the email from your new domain, please make sure to inlcude the following statement in your email:
I would like to change my Act! marketing Automation domain FROM my old domain email@example.com, to my new domain firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the support team has received this they can then process your request accordingly.
