In order to keep track of all your historical, current and future marketing campaigns, Act! Marketing Automation has the Campaign Calendar feature.
The Campaign Calendar allows you to view your campaigns in a calendar view making it easy to see when each of your campaign steps will be taking place. To access the Campaign Calendar, firstly open Act! then navigate to the Act! Marketing Automation section. Go to the Drip Marketing section, then click on the Actions menu and select Calendar:
The first dropdown along the top has three filters available:
- Show All
- Show Non-Sync Campaigns Only (these campaigns do NOT have Campaign List Sync turned on).
- Show Sync Campaigns Only (these are campaign with Campaign List Sync turned on).
The second dropdown along the top allows you to select a user. This will show all campaigns that were created by the user you selected.
Double-clicking on an entry in the calendar will open that campaign.
