If you are receiving this message when activating your campaign you have already used your e-mail limit for the month.
Active campaigns that attempt to send further emails will be placed into a hold status. To release from hold, you will need to upgrade your tier, purchase additional sends or wait until the beginning of the month.
In any instance once further sends are available you will need to release the emails from hold by going to the campaign and selecting Manage Subscribers. In the action menu you will see Release Hold.
