What are the recommended browser settings for using Act! access via web with Google Chrome?

In order to make sure that you can access all options within your database correctly, you will need to make sure to switch off your Pop-up blocker.
You can do this in Chrome by following the steps below:
Click on the three dot icon in the top right corner, and go to Settings:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced.
Under the Privacy and Security section, click on Site Settings:
Scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects.
Make sure to Add your Act! access via web website to the Allow section, or else simply select the top slide control option to Allow for all sites:
