NOTE: The following information is to assist in troubleshooting the Outlook integration and would typically only be followed with the help of Act! technical support.
From version 22.1 of Act!, to enable logging for Outlook integration follow the steps below:
1. If using the installed desktop version of Act!, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Windows
If using the installed Act! for web version of Act!, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Web
If you do not have Act! installed but rather access your database through a web browser, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\ACT for Web\ClientSrvs\Office\Outlook
2. Open ActOutlookAddin.dll.config in Notepad.
3. Set key value to the following: <add key="DebugLog" value="true" />
The log outputs will be located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ActOutlookAddIn
