NOTE: The following information is to assist in troubleshooting the Outlook integration and would typically only be followed with the help of Act! technical support.
From version 22.1 of Act!, to enable logging for Outlook integration follow the steps below:
1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\ACT for Web\ClientSrvs\Office\Outlook (alternatively, depending on machine configuration the file may be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Web)
2. Open ActOutlookAddin.dll.config in Notepad.
3. Set key value to the following: <add key="DebugLog" value="true" />
The log outputs will be located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ActOutlookAddIn
