As of February 15th some AdBlock extensions services are inadvertently blocking Act! content from loading.
If you use any Ad-blocking browser extensions and experience an issue where you are presented with a blank screen after signing into Act! via a web browser, we recommend pausing or disabling the Ad-Block extension on our Cloud sites.
We don't run adverts in our software, so pausing the ad-blocker software on our sites will not impact browsing experience.
We're working finding a permanent resolution for this issue, in the meantime disabling your Ad-Block extensions for your Cloud site, or adding exceptions, should resolve the problem. The specifics of doing so will depend on the Ad-Block extension you use.
