Message: "The current view does not support zoom. Please reset your zoom setting to 100%" when Accessing Act! through a Web browser

Cause: This message occurs when you are accessing Act! through a web browser and you are using the Calendar section.
Web browsers will often allow you to "zoom in" in order to make everything on screen appear larger (typically achieved by holding CTRL on your keyboard and using the mouse wheel to magnify the screen). If you attempt to zoom in on your web browser whilst in this section you will receive the above message. Alternatively if you have already zoomed in when working in another section (Contacts for example), and you switch to the Calendar section, you will also receive the message.
NOTE: Act! does not provide direct support for working with web browsers, this information is provided as a convenience.
To avoid this message, you will need to reset your zoom setting to 100%. This can typically be achieved in Chromium based browsers by clicking on the magnifying glass on the right of the address bar, and clicking the Reset option.
